根據聯合國1967年公布的一份《242號決議》，要求以色列撤回佔領的巴勒斯坦土地(Withdrawal of Israel armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict)
「並未隨意 攻擊 加薩走廊」?
聯合國人權委員會於2009年9月25日發布一篇名為《HUMAN RIGHTS IN PALESTINE AND OTHER OCCUPIED ARAB TERRITORIES》的真相調查報告中表示，以色列與哈瑪斯均犯下戰爭罪，而對以色列的戰爭罪控訴甚多，其中包括了
1.Civilian targeting(以平民作為攻擊目標)
這裡面有許多項，其中包括了Israeli military carried out direct attacks against civilians, including some in which civilians were shot "while they were trying to leave their homes to walk to a safer place, waving white flags"(以色列軍隊"蓄意"攻擊平民,其中包括正要前往安全地或已投降的平民)
2.White phosphorus(使用白磷彈)
在這部分報告稱用"systematically reckless"稱呼以色列軍隊，並指控以色列使用白磷彈攻擊聯合國難民及工程處和醫院。
3.Human shields(把人民當人肉盾牌)
這裡面也有許多，其中有一項是The Palestinian men were allegedly forced to enter houses at gunpoint in front of or, in one case, instead of soldiers(巴勒斯坦人被強迫進入一間有軍火的房子，而不是以色列士兵先走)
「水電 醫療 全是政府負責
加薩走廊的水 電 醫療 全是以色列長期免費提供的
甚至戰期間飲食 以色列也有供應
每次要反擊前 還會利用廣播 傳單方面 要當地人民驅離」?
聯合國在2014年一月發表一份名為《Report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967》的調查報告中列了許多目前巴勒斯坦的現狀，其中有描述在加薩走廊的巴勒斯坦人的人權情況，以下為部分內文「The most egregious violations of human rights committed by Israel have been in its enforcement, using excessive force, of arbitrary access to restricted areas at sea and on land, profoundly affecting the lives of Palestinian fishermen and agricultural farmers and households dependent upon them.」以色列在加薩地帶嚴重地侵犯人權，包括了過度使用武力、隨意限制海陸等區域、嚴重影響巴勒斯坦漁民及農民等。
注意：這是2014年的報告，所以其中的內容包括了2005年之後以色列軍隊撤出迦薩狀況。
